Question / Help Game stutter during gameplay

I am having a problem with my stream during gameplay; it stutters in a strange way.
Example: http://www.twitch.tv/thidianx/b/478875640 Take a look at 12 minutes in (this is where the real stuttering starts)

I have experimented with changing all of my settings, nothing seems to help.

Looks like you're capturing the game with monitor capture, and the game is running fullscreen. If you capture fullscreen games with window or monitor capture, that's what happens.

The best way to stream LoL is to set up 2 scenes. First, keep Aero enabled. Then, in the first scene, have a Window Capture of the LoL client, and in the second scene, have a Game Capture of the actual LoL game (or Window capture if the game is in Windowed or Borderless mode). Then use the Simple Scene Switcher to automatically swap between them: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785 Avoid Monitor capture altogether.

Thank you so much for your reply. I was stupid enough to not have thought about the fact that I was playing in full screen, that was the one and only problem. It works perfectly fine now!
