use one single scene and put game capture source there with your game only
test it and tell us the result + a new log then, make sure you have started a new session of obs after changing those settings
also downscale 3500bitrate 1080p60 on nvenc is going to look like garbage
use 720p60 instead with 3500bitrate else the picture quality is going to be really blocky and at 1080p60 the nvenc encoder already starts falling behind and really starts to struggle
