I'm a CS:GO player and I want to stream but when i start streaming, the fps drops.

Without stream i have 70 fps during game which is enough for me + no lag at all.
WIth stream , the fps drops to 20~30.

I would appreciate all of your helps guys!

The system is not the most ideal for streaming, and the stream is somewhat high definition (a bit above 720p). My recommendation would be to try just a bit more downscale to reduce CPU usage. Could also be the video adapter as well, you don't really have a dedicated adapter there, which might be part of the cause as well.

The most optimal way to stream is to use a desktop computer. There isn't really an "optimal" way to stream on your laptop. The only real way to fix your FPS issues when streaming is to simply buy a better laptop, or a desktop system.
