Question / Help Game Sluggish. No FPS drop or lag.

Hello,

I am new to steaming. My issue is when streaming (League of legends) The game feel sluggish as i am playing. I don't experience any FPS drops (always over 200 FPS). I have a good internet connection. the stream looks perfect. its just the game feels sluggish. almost like an FPS issue even though the FPS is fine. With OBS off everything is fine.

My setup:
Download:77Mbps
Upload: 9.18Mbps
GPU: Nvidia GTX 560 Ti

OBS:
Encoder x264
Max Bitrate: 3000 (tested lower with no change)
Server: Chicago
Video 1920x1080
FPS: 30

Any suggestions would be appreciated. i suspect i may need a new video card but who knows.

Then you did something wrong.

League of Legends works best with a dual-scene setup with one scene set up with a WINDOW capture of the lobby client and another scene with a game capture of the actual match.
 
Got it! I was using monitor capture for everything when I Should have had 2 Scenes. 1 for Monitor when in lobby one to the game process.
