Question / Help Game looks choppy while streaming

Whenever i start streaming my game starts to get choppy. But the weird thing is that it's just on my Monitor. The stream looks fine as you can see here.

My PC Specs are these:

And my Upload is 6.25mbps.
And here is a OBS log

I believe something similar happens to me. The record is ok but when I'm recording it feels laggy even having 60/80 or even more fps :/

Yeah, im guessing a game capture? If so, you are in the same boat as me here. Its some sort of conflict with the new game capture and rendering engines. CPU usage has nothing to do with fps (it should if it was working right) just having the game capture hooked lowers my fps by 100, and it drops often.

Question: start up a fps counter, and give exact fps, low average, high.
Also, since i cant see the log on my phone, what is all in your sources? Global included?
