I do not stream, I record. I usually record Minecraft, where my FPS is set to "Unlimited" and VSYNC is turned off.
Here are some of the details for recording that I use:
Video Bitrate: 2500
Audio Bitrate: 128
Recording quality: High Quality, medium-size file
Recording format: mp4
Encoder: Software(x264)
I do not understand much about these terms. I would like a smooth video which would not lag my game. I am uploading the Log too for more details about the video capture:
