Question / Help Game lags when obs is open and when i stream

I've been having this problem for about a month or two, but before that my game would never lag when I stream or if I have obs opened up. I've been trying to search for solutions but none of them helped. Hopefully I could get some help!

Here is my specs:
i5-8600k clocked
2x8GB 3200Mhz
ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1080 STRIX
