Question / Help Game laggy but i have 100 fps

Ok, i record my gameplays with OBS on Minecraft with 10.000 kbps. When i record the game tell me that i have 100 fps, but it move like i have 20 fps. What i can do? I have Windows 8 and i record using Quick Sync. For the game i use external video card.

Thank you, but i think i don't need more help, i updated my video card driver and i recorded now two videos fine without have this problem. I will come here and post the log if i will have again this problem.
