Question / Help Game lagging while streaming in 1920x1080

Hello! Wanted to try streaming some League of Legends. Used some guides to set my stream. Everything is okay but when i move my camera game is stuttering. It happens ONLY in 1920x1080 screen resolution in game (obs set to 1280x720). Is there any solution to this ? I don't really want to change my resolution because i just hate those black bars on the side of monitor. My computer is MSI GP70 2GQ GTX 950M i5-4210H
