Question / Help Game lagging while streaming(FPS trouble)

Hello, I have a big problem, while streaming my game is lagging, and does drop FPS.Can anyone help me?

My laptop has GeFOrce 920M, Intel Pentium CPU n3540 @ 2.16GHz, 8 GB RAM.

Your Laptop is on the really weak side. What Game are you trying to stream? Your CPU should support QSV which is literally the only way out for you but it might not work properly due to being a Laptop and having Adapter Issues.

I was streaming Witcher 3, the game itself works fine, but streaming and recording does not work at all..

Because streaming is highly CPU intensive and even on ultrafast with such a high Resolution the CPU Usage will not be capable of handling the Load.
