Question / Help Game lag with Flash player opened

Hey, I have recently noticed this problem when I updated to the latest version of OBS. 0.635b 64bit.
The problem is that, when I am streaming and playing a video through flash player, it makes the game lag. The FPS in the game is fine, but it feels as if every 2nd frame is missing.
What I have done before is have music running in the background while I play my game during stream. I just use a playlist that is on YouTube. I know 100% that this is causing the problem, because when I close the video tab or firefox, the lag instantly goes away. Pausing or muting the video doesn't resolve it, it has to be closed.
I play the same music on VLC or Windows Media Player, and it works fine.

Below are my settings and specs.

i7 960 3.8Ghz OC + HT (8 logic cores)
12GB RAM 1600mhz 8CL triple channel
SSD O/S , 1TB RAID0 mechanical HDDs SATA III
GTX760 2GB

100Mbps Down, 50 Mbps Up - Internet

OBS:

Encoding:
Nvidia NVENC
CBR 2600 kb/s + CBR Padding
AAC 128bitrate 48kHz Stereo
Advanced:
Using Multithreaded Optimizations, Normal priority, 700ms Scene Buffering Time
NVENC Preset: High Quality
Encoding Profile: Main
Keyframe Interval: 2 seconds
Using Constant Frame Rate

The rest are just default.

I can't provide a video because it just looks normal. When I get the game lag, the stream video is just fine. It doesn't capture any lag at all.
I have tried using x264 and changing the processor affinity to make firefox and flashplayer use a thread that OBS or the game isn't using. I have uninstalled OBS and put on an older version, but the same problem is still there.
Xsplit broadcaster/gamecaster and Nvidia shadowplay do not have these problems.

Are you saying the update is at fault? If so, could you try the previous versions and let mw know which version started working 'as intended'? Sort of an obscure problem.
