Question / Help Game lag and frame skips

So I want to start streaming and i have tried just about every set up for low upload speeds but nothing seems to be working. Help would be very appreciated thanks!

Sorry to say, but AMD APU's are notoriously slow for trying to run a game + OBS at the same time. So try to use ultrafast as your x264 preset. It also seems that you are dropping frames also with such a low bitrate =/ Do you know how much upload you actually have? I'm not sure how much luck you will have, though.
