Question / Help Game is lagging while I stream

Hey there!

I have some issues when I stream. Like the title says the game starts to lag when I stream. It have come to a point there is starts to get really annyoing and I don't know what to do. I have tried to do some own settings but I have faild everytime so I guess this is my last hope. What I have notice is that it lag more on fast paced games like CS:GO then on like League of Legends.

-use lower webcam resolution
-stream 1280x720p 30 frames
-use game capture at all time if possible make sure to not have monitor/game capture in the same scene especially both activated
 
oh I should have said also that the webcam thing was a test and it went worse so that a good thing to know there and I will for sure change these settings right away and hopefully it will work. Thanks for such a quick response mate! I will be back even if it works or not.

Btw, is the best way to downscale or is it best to just change the base resolution?

in my opinion downscaling is easier.
 
I have tested a little and it already went from bad to suprb. I have not felt the lagginess on the past streams I had but can't be 100% that I have the optimal setting.

But I am very greatful for your input alpinlol, Thanks alot!
