Question / Help Game is lagging while i stream my game on the other screen

i don't hope it is my hardware thats not up for the taks, its all new. .. -.-

while i stream my game it lagging and i rly dont know whats wrong. i hope u can help me. it does not seem like my CPU is on hard work, but im not so good at this. :/

stream for 5 minutes, press stop, then post the link to your logfile like this

Nothing is wrong with that logfile. were you watching your own stream? if so, don't. that will cause issues. use a popout chat. not twitch dashboard, a popout chat. That will minimize issues with encoding.
