Question / Help Game is lagging (LoL) and need help with the Settings in OBS

Hello everyone,
so my problem is that I can Stream Battlefield 3 in a medium quality - but I can't Stream League of Legends without getting a high ping in the game!

Computer:
Prozessor: Intel(R) Core i7 - 2600K CPU @ 3,40 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Windows 7 64 Bit
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

At Speedtest.net:
Ping: 12 ms
Download Speed: 31.61 Mbps
Upload Speed: 2.02


I hope the Images will help (The OBS settings) - when not, I will be able to write everything down.
If anyone could help me with anything, I would be very pleased.

I used this OBS "tool" where I can put me settings in - and the website will tell me what to do - i did even less (instead of 1700 kbps 1400 kbps)

Sorry when this Thread is already answered or whatever, but I am getting really annoyed, because it worked once - and now it breaks completly.

Okay I changed that, but I still have the lag-spikes in the game. I still thank you, for the quick help.

Your connection might not be suitable for streaming league. It could have to do with routing issues past the last mile (from your ISP to the league servers, etc)

Okay - so it means that I have clearly no chance to stream League at all? But what I do not understand is, that I could stream league months ago

Internet routing changes on a second to second basis, often without intervention.
