Question / Help game freezing a little bit while streaming

So as you can see my problem is that my game frezees sometimes when i stream,i stream csgo, fifa 15 and they freeze but for example in csgo i have not lower than 150 fps always, so i mean i have 150+ fps and this freezes so i think pc doesnt cause it. here it is my log and speedtest
