game freezes when i open obs, cant stream anything

the title explains it ive tried every solution i could find even reset my pc installed everything brand new again all drivers updated etc. got my pc cleaned today and game capture still wasnt working but i set marvel rivals to borderless windowed and i could see the game with no lag on windows capture didnt que a game but it looked normal however for the other games it isnt the case i set valorant to windowed bc it wasnt working on windowed fullscreen and i could see the game getting captured on obs but still frozen cant click on anything etc. i didnt change any settings too this happened out of nowhere and i dont know what to do i started streaming a month ago and everything was fine except league a few weeks ago it would only capture the lobby the game was black screen that happened out of nowhere too its been 10 days... please i need help or else im gonna go crazy:(
