game freeze only while obs is running

Having the exact same issue and am running windows 10. It's actually absurd how useless the support for OBS is

My Game is freezing and continues working while gaming
I have to tab out and in to"unfreeze" the picture(OF THE GAME ONLY AND GAME IS STILL RUNNING PROPERLY DURING THIS FREEZE)
I don't play other games to test this with

Take a look at the issues the analyzer found Off the top of my head, I'd say lock your game to 60 FPS the same as OBS You're working your GPU too hard, it's maxed out
