Question / Help Game FPS is fine but output video is choppy.

Hello! i have looked through the forums hoping that this question had already been answered, however to no avail. i also have read the forum thread on high CPU usage but nothing has solved my problem.

As a side note: I used to be able to record with OBS at 1080p/60 FPS without this choppyness prior to me reinstalling windows completely on this device.

Rendering lag caused by GPU overload.

11:47:32.918: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 17134 (revision: 799; 64-bit)

Suspected cause of GPU overload would be Windows 10 Game Mode, which defaults to ON in your Windows version and cannot be deactivated except by registry editing. You should update Windows and turn this mode off as it can reduce OBS performance.
