Question / Help Game FPS Drops While Recording

Hello, I recently downloaded OBS and would like to start recording some Minecraft gameplay.
Normally when I play I get 200-245 FPS, but when I start recording I get around 84-90 FPS.
In short, I was wondering how I could improve my in game FPS while recording with OBS.

You have a laptop with two graphics cards... I used to have the same problem.
Check to see if your display is connected to the GTX 660M or the Integrated Graphics by going to your NVIDIA Control Panel and go to "Set PhysX Configuration."
If your Integrated Graphics Card is connected to your laptop display, set the encoder to QuickSync.
If your NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660M is connected to your laptop display, set the encoder to NVENC.

By the way, I would like to see your channel!

Hmm... Weird...
What version are you running OBS on? 32 or 64-bit?
This thread might need someone that has more experience with OBS than I am.
