Problem:
When I play games in Borderless Windowed mode, my game starts feeling "unsmooth" it does not feel like the 144+ FPS is actually have, more like 60 (as example Valorant / Escape from Tarkov). This Problem mostly appears as soon as I start streaming / recording with OBS. I don't actually have framedrops of any sort, it just feels unsmooth. As soon as I switch to fullscreen, everything is fine again. Any ideas how this is fixable (other Radeon or driver / settings in my Radeon or OBS)? Is this a common Problem? Couldn't find anything helpful yet.

We would need a logfile from a live streaming or recording session to be able to investigate.

Most commonly this is due to a long-standing bug with Windows (mostly fixed in Win10 v2004) where running 3D accelerated programs (including OBS) on multiple monitors running at different refresh rates can cause problems.
Again, we'd need to see a logfile from a recording/streaming session to be able to give any more specific advice or analysis.
