Question / Help Game Cube streaming issues.

I bought a HD Video Converter that i have looked up on youtube and such. But when im configuring i must miss out on something. Because i get audio and image but the image scrolls.. Never seen on any of my other consoles. Tried different settings but i cant find a solution. Im using Avermedia as my capture device.

Help is needed!

If this is actually a PAL Gamecube, the sync signal on the PAL GC consoles is really, really bad. Most likely your HD Video Converter can't sync the image properly, and this is why the picture is rolling like that. There isn't really anything that can be done on the OBS side, this is simply the video the HD Video device thingy is feeding to your capture card.
 
So the signal from my gamecube is a mess.. That sux. Thx for the quick response. So if i get another GC it might fix it? Just a thought. And could it be the scart cable im ussing that might need to be replaced?
