Question / Help Game Crashes or is BLACK when streaming or Previewing

Hello,

To explain I have just recently reinstalled Windows 8.1 and since doing that I have been unable to stream any Game Sources.

When the stream is started or previewed everything is OK with the other sources i.e. image, monitor captures etc but when I start to load a game it either crashes or loads with a black screen on the desktop. I can hear sound and so on but no visuals from the Game.

Here is a recent log.

I noticed at the bottom of the LOG this error "13:37:08: DirectDraw capture: Windows 8 not supported yet" but I have been using 8.1 for a while now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you need more info please do let me know..

** Note I have removed all OLD settings from the previous installation so it should be running out the box config.

Tried another game aswell to get more logs and it seems whatever game I try it fails.

Note from IRC chat with Doadin..
[14:02] <Doadin> the most common apps that i know of that casues issues are razer synaps and raptr

This has resolved the problem, I have disabled the application and this has resolved the problems I was having.
