Question / Help Game Crashes as soon as I start game capturing

Aloha!

I have a problem. I am trying to record a game through game capture and everytime I start the game and go back to OBS to start the capture, the game crashes. :(

I have also tried to record via screen capture but then I only get a black screen, although the game sound and my talking have been recorded.

The game is in full window mode. I have no clue how to fix this problem.

If I try to capture via window mode it won't refresh so I can choose the window the game is in.

Can you please help me with this?

I am afraid I don't even know what that is :) Is that an option with OBS?

With this game I could fix the issue recording in frameless windowed mode but since that's not always available I would really like to know the trick.
