Some background
Game: Valorant (played in Full screen 1280x960 resolution)
PC Specs: CPU= Ryzen 5 3600, GPU= GTX 1660s, RAM= 16gb 3200mhz

I have noticed this problem since I have played Valorant in full screen and then alt-tabbed my game when I have enabled replay buffer in OBS. The problem is that whenever I go back to the game after alt-tabbing, my fps becomes unstable and significantly low (from constant 200+ down to ranges of 10 to 30) and then will crash the game and will make OBS unresponsive and then crash afterwards. Also before it crashes, the screen turns black. I have uploaded the .txt file of my logs and also the pastebin can be found here https://pastebin.com/k9SsMETd

I apologize for my poor language as English is not my first language. If this problem is solved in the past then I would appreciate it if you will link them but I have not found a same problem like mine. Thank you and God bless! Another thing, the reason why I play valorant in full screen now is because it is consistently better that way performance wise and I got used to it.
