Question / Help Game Closes When Trying to use Game Capture or there is a Black Screen

Is razer synapse active? Right now there's an issue with razer synapse being active in conjunction with game capture. TUrn off razer synapse to fix the issue for the time being.
 
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! That is really weird why razer synapse was doing that because its mainly for audio I thought but I really appreciate it!!
