Hi there! First of all thanks to the devs for making this program possible.

I've been streaming in the past without any issues thanks to a lot of usefull info I could get from this forum. Ever since I started recording I've been getting these random crashes which shut down OBS an leave me with a corrupted file.

Ever since this recording option been added I've been playing with it, cause of the amazing filesizes. Although I had an annoying random sound stutter going, it still did the job pretty decently. But then came that quicksync option.....

I'm really enjoying that feature, for me it makes it possible to record without any sound issues at all. But unfortunately the program just crashes at random times now.

My setup should be able to run a game and record perfectly fine, since I'm running a overclocked i5 3570K in combo with a XFX hd7870. This is on windows7

Try with x264 instead. Also, I highly recommend saving with FLV instead of MP4 because FLV will never get corrupted if cut off and can always be converted to MP4 after.
