Game captures not working after latest update?

I postponed the update for a long time as everything was working perfect. Then I went ahead and allowed the latest update. Since then game capture no longer works. Display capture works fine but game capture just refuses to capture anything. At least not with a whole bunch of bumbling around and then it may work sorta but winds up being problematic. I tried swapping game capture methods, anti-cheat, cursor. All that stuff. Sometimes a screen capture of the game will show up in the preview window but then it is frozen and I have to go back to display. Wanted to ask here before I go to something dramatic. I have included my last log. One game I was trying was Dredge. I bumbled around with that one for a long time because it is such a simple game and should have captured with zero problems. I also tried various other games like Starfield. If there is anything in the long that is obvious maybe I could fix this easily?

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. Display, Window and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Movies, Game SE 2, Game SE, Talking SE, Be Right Back SE and Browser).
3. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (Movies). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
