Question / Help Game Capture won't work

I've been researching practically all day, trying everything I could find to get Game Capture to work.

I've been trying to stream Dota 2 to twitch.tv and I can do Monitor Capture, but it won't capture in-game audio.

Nvidia is up to date, and I have tried setting both Dota 2 & OBS to run on my "High-Performance NVIDIA Processor". But it just won't work. I can however get Game Capture to work ONLY if I set both Dota 2 & OBS to run on the integrated graphics, but then my game frame rate drops tremendously.

On OBS when I look at the properties of a Game Capture
"These applications require administrator access to capture (start OBS as administrator to capture):
GPU Tweak
" is displayed. I can right click on OBS on the desktop and choose to run as an admin. When I do this message no longer appears in the Game Capture Properties, but it still doesn't work.

I have tried opening game first, then OBS. I've done vice-versa. I've opened game, then OBS and started practice streaming, then restarting game. None of these work.

I've tried going to "ste PhysX configuration" in the Nvidia control panel and selecting my "Geforce GTX 870M", as opposed to, "Auto Select (Recommended)". This doesn't work.

No combination of any of these things that I've tried has worked.

Is there anything else I can try to get Game Capture to work?

If not, then is there anyway to get in-game audio while using Monitor Capture instead?
