I managed to get Auick Sync on Intel HD 4000 working and it is awesome. Unfortunately it doesn't work with game capture for me at the moment. My game capture source is simply ignored and it was working just fine without Quick Sync.
Now game capture doesn't work even if I disable Quick Sync and switch Video Adapter back to my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660.
