Question / Help Game capture screen on twitch is off-center

As the title states, when I use the Game Window screen capture, or the Window screen capture for the Game client of League of Legends, the stream is off-center, but on OBS preview and in-game it is correctly centered. What I mean by this is that on OBS, I have my cursor in the smack middle, but on the stream it shows my cursor to the upper-left of the smack middle. I am using Windows 8.1, and the latest version of OBS. I attempted to try to change the resolution of the league client, but no avail. Same with the stream video, still no fix.

Also, I'm wondering if the monitor window size is not working correctly, because if I save it to capture Monitor 1, it just resets to the other window size.

Still getting this issue, sorta made it better, but its still off center. I tried changing the video settings, but I just don't know how to fix it.
