Question / Help Game Capture not working when I play Runescape

I don't know why but the last few days its working. Then I try to steam the other day and suddenly... BOOM. It's not working anymore. It's always black screen.

We would love to help but it's near impossible to help without a log file. The frequency of people who post on the forums without reading the sticky threads is quite unfortunate and somewhat frustrating.
 
In that particular log file, it says you only tried to capture "JagexLauncher.exe". Is that runescape? That doesn't sound like runescape. Is game capture configured correctly?
 
Yep. That's the only runescape file that is running. So.... Is there an error? I configure the game capture settings correctly
 
No, not an error, I was just trying to confirm that it was runescape. It doesn't seem to be 'connecting' to runescape, if that makes sense. Does it only happen with this game? I'm not sure if it uses directx 9 or if it uses an older version.
