So ever since the recent patch (I believe that is the culprit at least) game capture does not work with Guild Wars 2. I have tried everything and can't seem to get it to work. Image works, Window capture works but I need to be able to use Game Capture so I can place an image over the chat box. Any ideas?

Hm, why is Game Capture specifically needed? You can place an image over any source.

It's because you somehow have OBS set to run on the intel graphics device where as the game is probably running on the nvidia. If they are set to different devices then you can't use game capture with them. They both need to be running on the nvidia.
