Sorry for the inconvenience. I am using a laptop with several multiple video cards detected, and I have fixed the problem with the thread given. However, the game capture in league of legends has the mouse aligned in to the upper left of the mouse's intended spot on stream. I'm also on a wireless connection, and have had bad resolution/ FPS/ bitrate combination in the analyzer's result.
