Question / Help Game Capture Mode Not Working Properly

I stream on Twitch, and lately, Elder Scrolls Online has not been working with Game Capture. Says "Cannot Find Window" for a moment, then disappears. I play all my games through Steam, but that doesn't seem to matter. I've tested Talisman, Mortal Kombat X, and Skyrim (all run through Steam), and those work fine with Window Capture, yet ESO does not anymore. It also does not seem to matter whether I use 32 bit or 64 bit; problem does not go away.

Windows 7, admin mode turned on, nothing I'm aware of is blocking OBS, etc.

Not sure how to include a log file, or I'd include it.

Hmmmm...I don't recall running Fraps, but I can try that real quick.

I checked, and Fraps was running in the background. However, that was also the case in the other games I've played, and those didn't mess up whatsoever. Turning it off helped, but I wonder why only ESO messed up with Fraps on, and why it only started recently...
