Question / Help Game Capture fail

Hi!
I've been streaming for some time without any problems. Yesterday all worked fine, today though, game capture decides to jump between programs i use like spotify and firefox (wich it shouldn't) and so when i game i have to set it back to my game in settings, if i don't all i get i blackscreen (or rather, all my viewers can see).
Is there any way to force game capture to ONLY show game capture??

Are you using a hotkey for the game capture? Make sure you didn't reset it to something you're commonly hitting.

nope, no hotkey. i've done no changes since it has been working like a charm. but today it started acting weird.
