Question / Help Game Capture doesn't work

I've tried to stream games in a Window Mode using Game Capture, but the screen is black. With and without Aero.
Games I tried to stream: Don's Starve, McPixel, Mortal Kombat, FTL.

Window Capture works quite fine, although I'm wondering what's the real difference between those two options (Window/Game Capture).

You need to run OBS on the same GPU as your game, however doing so you will lose QSV support. If window capture is working OK I'd stick to that.
 
You have two, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 and the Intel HD. Set OBS to run on the NVIDIA GPU in the driver settings.
 
You need to set it in your drivers, not in OBS. Setting it in OBS is too late since the app is already running at that point. If you don't want to use QSV and want game capture instead, I'd recommend completely disabling the Intel graphics in your BIOS.
