Question / Help Game Capture Can't Detect League of Legends

Yes, I know my CPU is really slow. I don't plan to stream, I just wanna record LoL game play for myself and watch what I do wrong during games. Decent quality is fine. 720p is more than amazing, but I don't mind it being less than that. Please help with my settings. I've already tried adding scenes, window capture, etc. But maybe I did something wrong. Been struggling for days already. And I've yet to really record something since Game Capture doesn't detect anything.

I have the same issue with Blade & Soul. Game capture cant find/detect the game running.

This started after I switched to Windows 10 (new computer). It worked fine on Windows 7.

Tried running OBS as admin?
Wow, that did the trick. I assumed I was already running it as admin since there aren't any other profiles on my PC. Anyway, I was able to record, but the video was stuttering. I'm guessing the FPS setting I chose had something to do with it? Can you recommend settings wherein I can record a game smoothly with okay quality? Here's the latest log file wherein I was able to record.

A4 machine, 45fps is an extremely odd one, and your system cannot handle 60. Go to 30.
I tried it. Still stuttered. Must I decrease the FPS even further? Lower the video quality? Oh, and the audio went in and out, too. Latest log:
