Bug Report Game Capture broken

You'll need to give more info than that. It works for a lot of other people and no one else has reported a problem.
 
Yep, can't fix a problem without some information, please give us the name of the game, a log file, and %appdata%\obs\pluginData\captureHookLog.txt (copy/paste to start/run or winkey-R to open). Upload/copy those things here in a post and we would be most grateful, otherwise we won't know what's wrong specifically
