Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen

Hi guys i am trying to start my own stream but currently i have a problem. i can stream my game using monitor capture but i'm always get black screen when i use game capture. i dont know how to fix it. i tried to find solution on Google but i find nothing.

i already put nvidia to run obs and i tried to run it on administrator but both failed to capture my game. i'm using alienware m17x

i did disable aero but i dont know how to disable SLI. i cannot find SLI disable button on Nvidia control panel. please correct me if i'm wrong. i disable aero by choosing windows 7 basic (right click desktop, personalize, windows 7 basic)

You can disable aero from obs>settings>video>"disable aero" so you wouldn't have to worry about it later.. As for disabling sli you can check the bios.

According to that log, game capture never even attempts to start a capture. What game are you capturing? Have you tried using the hotkey method instead?

yes i do. i tried several games for example dota 2, the sims 3, bf 4, and many other game. i use game capture like the tutorial showed me. btw i'm using alienware m17x and i tried to disable sli with nvidia control panel but i cannot find the button to disable sli
