Question / Help Game Capture BLACK SCREEN

This is a commonly posted problem and believe me I have looked at every single one and still could not find the fix! I have tried going into my NVIDIA Control Panel and making OBS as a High-Performance NVIDIA Processor... this did not work. I then tried to recheck my settings for OBS. Everything appeared right and I did not see anything wrong. I then went back to my NVIDIA Control Panel > PhysX Configuration, I noticed that my VIZIO Desktop was really running under my Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 not my GeForce GT 640M LE (are programs suppose to run under the NVIDIA Still?)... I went back to OBS and set the video capture to my Intel(R) HD GRAPHICS 4000... it still did not work.

Now here is the wierd part, when I try to record World of Warcraft (Windowed) it does not work for Game Capture; window capture it does... Now when I GAME capture Minecraft it does work but it comes out really blurry! I have no idea what is going on and I would appreciate some help. OBS Is by far the best program I have ever used... these problems have just begun so I would like to get some assistance. I will also put my OBS Log File in also so you can see anymore details that were not included. I hope this was enough description to help out.

PS... My aero was disabled.

Please help me ASAP as I wish to have a youtube career
Thanks in advnace.

Sorry about that Rodney about double-posting. I actually saw a message at the top of the screen that said this is not for problems and bugs... my mistake.

"Loading up D3D10 on NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE (Adapter 2)"

For laptops it's vital that you do not change the adapter away from the top adapter in the adapter drop down in video settings, which is what you did in this case. It needs to be the top adapter (regarldess of whether it says intel or not), and you must use the nvidia control panel to set OBS.exe to use the nvidia.

It should say "Adapter 1" in the log if you have it set up right.

I am using a Desktop, which has two Graphic Cards... One being the NVIDIA one being the Intel 4000... When I look on my NVIDIA Control panel it says "VIZIO PC" then points to the Intel 4000.

This can't be a normal desktop computer. A desktop doesn't use: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz

Everything in your log indicates it's set up just like a regular laptop.
