Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen. Could not load D3D10.1 (solved)

Hello.

My problem is the black screen while using game capture.

I've been trying to test alot of things to get this black screen away. I dont have any black screen when i run the game in "Windowed Fullscreen" - using Window Capture, but i dont wanna do that cuz the games mouse is laggy.

I try to past it here to see if anyone have any ideas.

I run windows 8.1 and the game i wanna game capture i Counter Strike Global Offensive. I got ATI Radeon card using AMD Catalyst Control Center.


The log is not the complete log cuz i deleted like 30k kb text that said:

16:31:54: successfully set up d3d9 hooks
16:31:54: D3D9Present called
16:31:54: DoD3D9GPUHook: Could not load D3D10.1

I Found the solution. I reinstalled my counter strike global offensive. I had this thing called "sweetfx-xya" installed to get better looking game. I think that program interupted OBS to stream.

Yea, thanks for reporting back. Sweetfx, DSfix etc, can lead to problems with gamecapture. That problem is known from different games so far ;( Will mark the thread as solved.
