Question / Help Game Audio Sounds like it's Underwater?

Immediately after beginning a live stream on Twitch, viewers and I experienced odd audio issues. The audio was of such fluctuating quality that I had to halt the stream multiple times to figure it out. The audio kept fading in and out as if it were bubbling underwater. I am streaming from my laptop and followed the instructions of an experienced streamer through the setup process, but he couldn't solve the issue. Whenever I close OBS the audio output goes back to normal, so there is either a compatibility issue or a problem with configuration, and I suspect the latter.

Thank you in advance :)

If your audio hardware has a control panel, check there. Otherwise right-click on the Windows speaker icon in your systray and select Playback Devices, select your speakers and click the Configure button, and set them to Stereo.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is and where would the systray be located?

The systray is the system tray, the small set of icons next to the clock on the right side of the taskbar.

After taking a second look at your log, did you set the same audio device twice under Settings > Audio? I see Device 'Speakers (Conexant SmartAudio HD)' showing up two times.

I suppose I did xD Should I just delete the duplicate? I know for a fact that I created the duplicate AFTER experiencing the audio issues.

Yes. Also, what are you using 'Audio Output Capture' (wasapi_output_capture) for? Does removing this source fix the problem?

Audio Output Capture:

You are adding audio to your scene selecting an audio output capture.
If you capture your same desktop sound, it can produce echo or bad quality sound

Not complete.
No info about your scenes config, for example.

EDIT:
SORRY: yes, there is info of your scene.

This log does not show any problem with your audio.
So, I think you have to check your Windows audio configuration.

I'm not seeing the same tabs as you are in the foremost window (yes, I realize they are a different language). All I can see are the tabs labelled General, Levels, and Advanced, none of which show what is displayed in the foremost window.

So, you don´t have this ecualyzing and other stuff via drivers.
Maybe you have another software in your PC configuring audio options?
