Question / Help Game audio problems from XB1 to OBS

Alright, so I'm sure the issue I am having can probably be fixed in one simple step but right now I have the stream setup from the Xbox One, to Twitch, using OBS. Video is working properly, no issues with that. On stream I can hear myself, as well as the people I am talking to on a Raidcall, and everything and anything else that is being played on my PC. BUT, I am not getting any game audio from my Xbox One. I have tried plenty of different settings and I've opened up the Elgato software and I am getting game audio on that application. So my guess is that I have something wrong in my OBS settings that I'm missing. Any help with fixing this would be great. Thanks!
 
Still no game audio. If it means anything, I have Astro A40's and I am getting game sound on those using optical audio. So I have game audio coming through my headset, just not being played through in OBS.
