Question / Help Game Audio Echo Issue

I'm currently using an Elgato to stream my Xbox One but no matter what I've done I always get an echo from the game audio and its not an infinite loop just the sound replaying itself once .

I've put delays and played around with the setting as well as googled this and I can't find it anywhere.

You're capturing game audio both from the Elgato and the Astro, so you're capturing it twice.
