Thanks for posting. I had a chance to look at the log, everything seems standard for the most part. can you disable audio enhancements and see if there is any difference?
right click on the speaker icon near the clock, click playback devices, double click your speakers that you use for your game, select enhancements tab and check disable all sound effects.
does this make a difference?
