Question / Help Game Audio Cuts after Patch

My game audio would cut out of my headset but still work in stream. I previously posted this issue and I was told to unplug USB's because of a USB Overload, doing so still did not fix the issue.

USB have limited bandwidth that might be shared accross 2 or more USB ports.
Use lower USB webcam resolution?
Try different USB ports?
Use a headphone and mic that can plug into 3.5mm jack on the computer?
