Question / Help Game Audio and Video not synced. Please help

Been trying to stream on the xbox1 with my elgato HD60 and no matter what I do, the game audio is not synced with the video. I went to the community chat and did everything they told me to do and still doesnt work. Settings are correct and everything is up-to-date.

Everything looks correct. 1ms buffering with the elgato, 700ms scene buffering, but you could increase scene buffering more if it helps. maybe 1400ms just to see if that helps. is audio behind the video or in front?

I would also try and see if you can update your chipset drivers from your motherboards website. I've seen out of date chipset drivers have havoc on USB peripherals

The audio is behind the video (audio comes after the video)
I'll see if my chipset drivers need an update.
