Question / Help G933 headset making stream sound hollow

hi all i have noticed my g933 headset makes my stream sound hollow and echoing when the surround sound is on when i turn it off it sounds fine but then all my in-game sounds are horrid is their anything anybody can help do sort this out thanks

My surround sound also has that problem. When I change to a stereo device it works--but is only stereo. Apparently OBS doesn't support recording in more than stereo. FRAPS does, sadly it doesn't work with all games.

This probrem caused by OBS not properly mix down 7.1ch sound to stereo.
