I want to start live streaming with OBS, but I can't seem to fix the poor quality. I have messed with almost every setting and can't seem to solve the problem. When I record with Elgato's Software my quality looks like this. When I record with OBS this is what my quality looks like. Make sure to watch both clips at 720p so the difference in true quality will really stand out. I'll post my log down below and if anybody has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
